Web Site Maintenance

The Fyles Web Design maintenance package is intended to give you peace of mind about your website as well as helping you to keep it up to date. The Maintenance Contract covers the following items:

  • Updates to the underlying Content Management System (site software) applied when they are shown to be stable
  • Site content updates, including but not limited to:
    • the addition of pages
    • management of existing Google AdWords campaign (or similar)
    • addition of client-supplied images & galleries of images
    • document downloads
    • email newsletter set-up, despatch
    • addition of minor functionality, for example a calendar, image gallery, additional contact form.

Remember this list is not exhaustive and we always aim to keep our clients happy.

  • If we created your site, the cost of the maintenance service is NZ$46+GST/month
  • If your site was not created by Fyles Web Design, the cost is NZ$56+GST/month

Exclusions

There are a few things a maintenance contract can't cover. These are basically as follows: training for your use of the website system, creation of editorial or other materials, review/editing of material received for online publication, addition or maintenance of products within e-commerce systems, major additions of functionality (e.g. e-commerce), substantial changes to the template (layout & look) of your site or the procurement of licensed materials (e.g. specific marketing images). We can always offer a quotation for work outside the terms of the contract.
