For any busy school the website can be something of a burden to keep up to date - there are lots of other jobs to fit into the day, after all.
Ashhurst School have met the challenge of fitting the website into the very heart of what they do. The site contains:
- multiple up-to-date calendars of events
- an email newsletter subscription (parents receive the newsletter each week instead of a paper version)
- around 50 galleries of photos
- downloadable documents
- a blog for the principal
- contact forms for every member of teaching staff
- an absence-reporting form
